[support] Several prefixes announced on the same link when using MCoA

Hello.

Does the MR support several prefixed being announced by different FRs on the
same link?
If so, are CoAs configured with both prefixes usable at the same time?
I checked the code and it seems that upon receiving the Router Advertisement
from the second Router (on the same link) the code expires the first router.
