[support] Use of IPsec with MIPv6

Hi, 
    I have some quesitons about the  Dynamic keying for Mobile IPv6 using racoon2 and mip6d.  when  signaling  messages  are  protected  by  IPsec  in transport  mode  , the SA and SP are  about  the   HoA   not  the  CoA ,so   they  do  not  need  to  be updated .  and  using  IPsec  in  tunnel mode , movement  requires  changes  in the SP  and  SA .  I want to  know  why  the  differences  between  the  two  ways    and  how   the mip6d  or  the  linux  kernel  achieve  this  respectively 。
